The Islamic World Economic Cooperation Organization (IWECO) is a non-governmental and non-political organization aimed at fostering trade and improving the global economy. With a central hub and seven regional offices, IWECO has over 40 national offices worldwide. I extend to you my warmest and most heartfelt greetings.

IWECO promotes people-to-people connections, inspired by the Islamic pursuit of knowledge. The first verse revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was “Iqra” (read), encouraging reflection, understanding, and education. The Quran repeatedly emphasizes concepts such as Allah (God) and Rab (Sustainer), which appear 2,800 and 950 times, respectively. Knowledge (‘Ilm) ranks third with 750 mentions.
When Allah blesses you financially, do not simply raise your standard of living; instead, elevate your standard of giving. IWECO seeks to address economic challenges by proposing an alternative monetary system through initiatives such as the IWECO Central Bank, IWECO Cryptocurrency, and IWECO Islam Card. These initiatives emphasize wealth creation from the grassroots level of the supply chain.
The Prophet Muhammad commanded Muslims to pursue knowledge to the fullest extent, encouraging them to seek it wherever possible. Following his guidance, Muslim leaders have historically supported education, making elementary learning nearly universal among Muslims.
